I’m back with another lovely indie polish… Harmony by MDJ Creations:Such an unusual shifting topper. I spot green, brown and reddisch pink. And it has some holographic sparkle in the mix too! Shown here is one coat over black undies with top coat. You can find Melissa’s creations here. She offers (fast!) worldwide shipping.
Today I have Llarowe‘s polish of the month September to show you. This reminds me that I’m so incredibly far behind with posting all the gorgeous polishes here… sorry lovelies, I’ll try my best!
Take a look at Talk To The Hand:It’s probably not a surprise that I love this one since purple is one of my fave colors 🙂 This is two easy coats with top coat. Unfortunately the sun let me down the day I photographed this, so these are made in natural daylight. Nevertheless, it’s beautiful, right?!What’s your fave color if it comes to nail polish?
You can find many more gorgeous creations by Leah Ann at Hypnotic Polish. They ship worldwide! 🙂
A few weeks ago I met Soraya and D., a.k.a. Nailluminati for the first time 🙂
I’ve seen many photo’s of other girls who did a ‘nail meet up’ but honestly I was pretty nervous since it was my first time meeting the girls in real life. After all we had a great time! So much fun!
Here’s a photo of our purple/lime mani’s 😀
And of course we brought each other gifts, nail polish… what else? 😀 Nailluminati totally surprised me with a polish of which I already gave up hope ever getting my hands on… Mirrorballby Orly. AWESOME! Thanks again, D! Look at that rainbow!Lastly, a daylight pic:Thanks so much girls for a fantastic day! :*
How about a juicy purple polish with pink shimmer? This is Superjuiced by I Love Nail Polish:This is such a pretty color! I applied three thin coats plus top coat here. And as with the EdM I showed you yesterday, the shimmer is more noticeable in real life than my photo’s show.
I was over the moon excited when I saw that Hypnotic Polish added Emily de Molly to their awesome range of polishes. I always wanted to add some of her polishes to my collection. One of the first ones I picked up is Veiled Flame:The shimmer is more noticeable than my photo’s show. So gorgeous! The formula is great. I used three thin coats plus top coat here. You can easily get away with two more generous coats though. What do you think of this one? Have you tried Emily de Molly polishes yet? Check them out here.
So you all probably know by now that once in a while I search the web to find some of my never ending lemmings. If I manage to find one or two, they’re often being sold for a crazy high price. And although I absolutely love to add them to my collection, I still am not going to pay a ridiculous amount of money for them. OPI‘s Man of La Mancha was on my wishlist for a very long time. This black label polish was discontinued a long time ago and has that typical strong scent to it. This one isn’t too bad though compared to the other oldies that I have. For my photo’s below I applied two thin coats over a black base and topped it with one coat of top coat:This also has a golden sheen to it which my camera couldn’t pick up. It is absolutely gorgeous! What do you think of this one?
And what’s your number 1 lemming? Mine is Rouge Louboutin by Christian Louboutin… *dreams on*
Here’s a subtle gradient created with Magic Purple Charm (423/552) as my base color and Amethyst (423/469) on the tips of my nails. Both polishes are by El Corazon.I think the shimmery tips complements the sheer base color very well.Grab your Corazon’s at their website or at Hypnotic Polish (worldwide shipping).
Today I have F.U.N. Lacquer‘s Anna to share with you. This one caught my eye the moment it released. When I read that it was going to be discontinued I knew that was the moment I needed to find it. Of course it was sold out almost everywhere. So glad that I managed to get my hands on it, it is such a beauty! The purple glow is more noticeable in real life. The formula is nice and easy to work with. This is three thin coats plus top coat.
Galaxy nails, don’t you just love them? I can never get enough of them and could stare at photo’s all day. The best part is, it isn’t difficult do do. Instant Galaxy by Enchanted Polish just needed to be part of a galaxy mani:😀 So simple, but absolutely mesmerizing. For this mani I applied one coat of Instant Galaxy over a back base. Once that was dry I used a make up sponge to apply Lean by Cirque (purple) followed by Nympho, also by Cirque (pink). Lastly I added some white dots and finished with top coat. What do you think of these?
