So it looks like it’s Gwen Stefani week over here 😀 Along with Over & Over A-Gwen and Hey Baby I also picked up 4 In The Morning:Amazeballs, it’s a gunmetal grey hue with a semi-matte satin finish. Yay! At first, I thought this polish would made all the imperfections of my nails very noticeable, but it doesn’t. Thumbs and toes up for that! I used two thin coats with no top coat (doh!) here. I think I could have got away with one more generous coat though. I added some studs on my accent nail and think this looks kinda cool, don’t you think?
Thanks for stopping by!
I turned yesterdays mani into this look, inspired by Gwen Stefani herself (well, her mani of course):For this look I used 4 In The Morning (swatch is coming tomorrow), also from the Gwen Stefani Collection over Hey Baby. I love how this turned out. I’ll definitely wear this look in other color combo’s too. And it’s so easy to create.
What do you think of this look? Would you wear this?
What do you think?
Happy lazy Sunday lovelies!
I’m so excited about the new Gwen Stefani Collection by OPI! Although I absolutely adore all the polishes of this collection I picked up three *patting myself on the shoulder*. The one I’m most excited about is the signature shade, Over & Over A-Gwen. Why? It’s a bright red cream 😀 That one just needed to be mine. As with The Man With The Golden Gun and Pure this comes in a box, along with studs and glue. The formula of this polish is great. I used two easy coats plus top coat here. It really doesn’t need top coat though. It has an amazing shine all by itself. For the studs I didn’t used the glue that came with this polish. Simply because I don’t like to have glue on my nails. So I just placed them on my nail when the top coat was still wet. Every nail polish enthusiast needs a good red cream in their stash, don’t you think?! This could easily be one of my favorites! Love love love!
Did you pick up any polishes from this collection?
