Here’s some nail art that I did using the Wolf Pack Trio which has launched at the shop beginning this month.
First up, Alpha. This is a black based red/brown-isch hue with red shimmer and a holographic finish.Next is Beta, a yellow holographic polish which looks either ochre, chartreuse of yellow depending on your skin tone. And last but not least is Omega, a teal hue also with a holographic finish. The Wolf Pack Trio is available at my shop. You can also find more photo’s of these there 🙂
Did you pick up any polishes of the Ultra Holos Collection from ILNP? The name says it all, holographic awesomeness all over the place! Here’s the pink one called Paige:Lovely, right? The holo effect is truly mesmerizing. The formula is great. I used two coats plus top coat for my photo’s. And even without sunlight it is gorgeous:Paige is, along with many other ILNP polishes, available at Hypnotic Polish. Check them out here.
Yellow isn’t usually the color I’d reach out for but I couldn’t skip this one. It’s like the sun on your nails. Let’s take a look at House of the Rising Sun by Enchanted Polish:Amazing, right?! The color is perfect. And that holo! This is three thin coats plus top coat. The photo’s below were taken in natural daylight:A little heads up for EP fans: Chelsea will soon release four new holo shades. For what I’ve seen a purple. pink, blue and a top coat. I couldn’t be more excited. Purple and pink? Yes please!
If you’d like to know the exact details about the release I recommend to sign up for the newsletter.
One of my fave red polishes is The Mighty Red Baron by Llarowe. And since I just can’t have enough red polishes (and purple’s, pink’s and blue’s for that matter) I picked up Pirates Of Penzance a while back. And boy, I love it:This one is super pigmented, nearly a one coater. I used two coats plus top coat for my photo’s. Thankfully we have lots of sunshine these days here in The Netherlands so I could take some sunny photo’s. Please excuse the weird bump on my index nail Bumping into stuff with freshly painted nails happens… ugh!And below you see how it looks in natural daylight without direct sunlight:Such a rich hue of red!:*
If you like lots and lots of sunshine in a way that it almost feels tropical, The Netherlands is the right place to be today. My lord… I do like sunshine and love it when it’s a nice warm temperature but this is just too much. I bet lots of people absolutely love this kind of temperatures. I sure don’t. The downside of this weather is that thunderstorm afterwards is guaranteed. For those of you who admire the sunshine today: enjoy and please don’t get toasted by the sunbeams!
Anyway… here’s a perfect polish for this weather… holo!
Meet 976-Babe from Llarowe‘s Pretty Woman Collection:Now, let the sun do the magic:Have a fantastic weekend!
Today I have another El Corazon polish to show you. This is three thin coats of number 423/530 from the Large Hologram Collection. I love this collection because of the outrageous amount of holographic particles the polishes have. And the best part is, they aren’t glitter which means easy removal 🙂 This one is a bit sheer. You can still see some slight visible nail line. With this shade I don’t mind that.
Take a look at all the sparkleness when the sun hits it:Lovely, isn’t it?!
Have you seen Leah Ann’s recent collection, the Oh, Baby! Collection? This collection consists of six soft holographic shades. There’s a mint holo too! I picked up The Crowning Moment, a gorgeous grape holographic shade:The holographic properties are obviously more visible in direct bright light or sunlight. The sun let me down again when I wore this. The formula is good. I used three thin coats plus top coat here.Did you pick up any polishes from this collection? This one is currently out of stock at Hypnotic Polish, the other six shades are still available at this time. And all shades are also available at Llarowe.
