DAY 3 Advent Calender Nail Challenge: Green

Here’s my third mani in the Advent Calender Nail Challenge: Green.

This is Nfu Oh’s #JS34 from their Jelly Syrup Collection. I’ve used three coats here (without top coat). For my accent nail I’ve attempted to create a jelly sandwich using OPI’s Fresh Frog Of Bel Air (great name!).  I think that could have needed one extra coat of jelly, but I like how it turned out.

DAY 2 Advent Calender Nail Challenge: Gold

Here’s my second mani for the Advent Calender Nail Challenge: Gold.

For the base I’ve used #GS10 from the Gold & Silver Series by Nfu Oh (2 coats). It’s a creamy golden base with super fine golden shimmer which gives it a shiny finish. It needs three thin or two thicker coats to get opaque. Lovable right?

I’ve created a gradient look with OPI’s Black Onyx and topped it of with one coat of Seche Vite. And finally I’ve added some golden stars.

Here we go… my first mani in the Advent Calender Nail Challenge: Red.

I’ve used three coats of China Glaze’s Red Satin for the base, a gorgeous jelly-ish red. It belongs to their Holiday Joy Collection 2012. It’s extremely shiny and therefor it doesn’t need top coat. For the design I’ve used OPI’s Goldeneye and Radiance.red.

Rudolph the red nosed reindeer

For those who are in the Christmas spirit already is here Rudolph… you know: the red nosed reindeer 😀

For the base I’ve used China Glaze’s Glistening Snow from their Holiday Collection. I highly recommend it to those who love glitter polishes with holo. The bonus is that the holo is visible in natural lighting. So, no sun or flash necessary to see the rainbow particles 😀 YAY
