This polish doesn’t need so much words if you ask me. Just look at the shimmer:This is two coats of Zoya’s Zara, NO top coat! The formula is pure perfection and it’s so shiny! I’ll wear this a lot this Spring, for sure!
Happy Friday! :*
Today I have Yana from Zoya’s Stunning Collection to show you:Yana is a super bright pink hue with fine shimmer. The formula is spot on. It applies like a dream. This is two easy coats with top coat. I’m absolutely in love with this polish! On my accent nail I created a (dry) marble effect with white polish. I think pink plus white is a pretty combo. What do you think of Yana? Did you pick up any from the Stunning Collection?
Thanks for stopping by. Have a great weekend! 😀
Are you still into the textured polishes? I am!
Meet Stevie, a violet/lavender textured polish with fine silver glitter:Stevie is part of Zoya’s Summer 2013 Pixie Dust Collection. Lovely shade ha? And perfect for Spring. This is two coats without top coat. Did you pick up any of this collection? Which one(s)?
Here’s another beauty from the Pixie Dust Collection by Zoya.
Meet London:This was sent to me by Holly at Miss Holly Berries, in our swap back in February. Thanks again girl! :*
Zoya describes this polish as a fog gray with a sugared sparkle. I couldn’t have described it better. It has the same silver glitter particles as his cousin, Vespa.
To make this swatch a bit different than usual, I decided on creating a gradient manicure with London. It is such an easy way to give a textured polish just a little bit extra. Lacey at Lace & Lacquers created a great tutorial of how to do this. Easy ha!What do you think of the textured trend?
Thanks for watching!
Zoya describes Neeka (Mirrors Collection) as follows:
“A greyed amethyst with subtle red duochrome shimmer and bright gold glitter accents. A fascinating, unique shade that manages to be glittery but not too flashy”.
I’m not sure if I see red duochrome shimmer. It’s more like hardly visible pink micro shimmer to me. The golden accents on the other hand are very visible and stunning! The formula is a dream and so dense that it’s almost a one coater 🙂
I used two coats of Neeka followed by one coat of Seche Vite. I used stamping plates BM02 and BM303 and China Glaze’s Robotika for the lips design. I’m not quite sure is I like the outcome. You?
Recently the sweet Holly at Misshollyberries and I did a polish swap. It was my first swap and I love it 😀 Thanks so much Holly for making my first swap a great success! At least, if everything arrives safely with you 😉
Besides a ton of other gorgeous polishes that Holly chose for me, I am now the happy owner of two of Zoya’s Pixie Dust Collection, London and this one Vespa. Zoya describes Vespa as a Mint Kiss with a sugared sparkle, in the exclusive Zoya PixieDust Matte Sparkle formula. I couldn’t have described it better. It has very fine silver glitter that makes this polish so sparkling. It’s more sparkling in real life than the pictures show. A matte textured finish with sparkle. Awesome ha! I used three thin coats which quickly dried. And yes, it’s gritty, but not as much as rough as I expected it to be. I love it. How about you?
