Zoya: Zara

Hi lovelies!

This polish doesn’t need so much words if you ask me. Just look at the shimmer:zoya zaraThis is two coats of Zoya’s Zara, NO top coat! The formula is pure perfection and it’s so shiny! I’ll wear this a lot this Spring, for sure!

Happy Friday! :*

Zoya: Yana – Stunning Collection

Hi loves!

Today I have Yana from Zoya’s Stunning Collection to show you:zoya yana1Yana is a super bright pink hue with fine shimmer. The formula is spot on. It applies like a dream. This is two easy coats with top coat. I’m absolutely in love with this polish! On my accent nail I created a (dry) marble effect with white polish. I think pink plus white is a pretty combo.zoya yanaWhat do you think of Yana? Did you pick up any from the Stunning Collection?

Thanks for stopping by. Have a great weekend! 😀

Zoya: London – Pixie Dust

Here’s another beauty from the Pixie Dust Collection by Zoya.
Meet London:zoya london - pixie dustThis was sent to me by Holly at Miss Holly Berries, in our swap back in February. Thanks again girl! :*

Zoya describes this polish as a fog gray with a sugared sparkle. I couldn’t have described it better. It has the same silver glitter particles as his cousin, Vespa.
To make this swatch a bit different than usual, I decided on creating a gradient manicure with London. It is such an easy way to give a textured polish just a little bit extra. Lacey at Lace & Lacquers created a great tutorial of how to do this. Easy ha!zoya london - pixie dust2What do you think of the textured trend?

Thanks for watching!

Zoya: Neeka

Zoya describes Neeka (Mirrors Collection) as follows:
“A greyed amethyst with subtle red duochrome shimmer and bright gold glitter accents. A fascinating, unique shade that manages to be glittery but not too flashy”.
I’m not sure if I see red duochrome shimmer. It’s more like hardly visible pink micro shimmer to me. The golden accents on the other hand are very visible and stunning! The formula is a dream and so dense that it’s almost a one coater 🙂zoya neeka
I used two coats of Neeka followed by one coat of Seche Vite. I used stamping plates BM02 and BM303 and China Glaze’s Robotika for the lips design. I’m not quite sure is I like the outcome. You?zoya neeka1

Zoya Vespa – Pixie Dust Collection

Recently the sweet Holly at Misshollyberries and I did a polish swap. It was my first swap and I love it 😀 Thanks so much Holly for making my first swap a great success! At least, if everything arrives safely with you 😉
Besides a ton of other gorgeous polishes that Holly chose for me, I am now the happy owner of two of Zoya’s Pixie Dust Collection, London and this one Vespa. zoya vespaZoya describes Vespa as a Mint Kiss with a sugared sparkle, in the exclusive Zoya PixieDust Matte Sparkle formula. I couldn’t have described it better. It has very fine silver glitter that makes this polish so sparkling. It’s more sparkling in real life than the pictures show. A matte textured finish with sparkle. Awesome ha! I used three thin coats which quickly dried. And yes, it’s gritty, but not as much as rough as I expected it to be. zoya vespa1I love it. How about you?

ZOYA Aurora, Storm, Logan and Blaze – Ornate Collection

Here are four beauties of Zoya’s Ornate collection. I’ve used two coats and finished with one coat of Seche Vite for these pictures.
Since I already own OPI’s GoldenEye I’ve decided not to buy Zoya’s Ziv. Ziv seems to be more foil-like where GoldenEye is a true glitterbomb. Eitherway, I’ve decided that one stunning golden glitter polish is enough (for now ;)).
I also don’t own the bar- and holo glittered Electra. Simply because I, after seeing swatches, don’t like it.

First up, Blaze, a gorgeous red with holographic glitter.
And here’s Aurora, more holographic glitters in a medium purple base. The second picture is taken under direct light which let out the holo effect.
Next the last holo from these four: Storm, a black base with holographic glitter. This one has the least amount of holo glitter if you ask me. In natural light you only get to see some silver glitter. But that surely doesn’t make this one less pretty then the others. On the contrary, I like it!
And last but not least Logan, a medium green base with golden shimmer. In some lighting it appears to be a bit blue 🙂
