ANNY: Crazy Shot
Hi beauties!
Here’s another untried polish: Crazy Shot by ANNY:I believe this polish is part of the Miami Beach Next Top Model Collection from last year. The formula is a little on the thin and sheer side but nothing problematic. What a lovely teal green shimmer! I’ve used three thin coats plus top coat here but think I could have used just two.
What do you think of this polish?
Have a nice weekend!
ANNY polishes are exclusively available at Douglas stores (€9,95 -15 ml).

ANNY: Paradise on earth
Happy weekend!
This gorgeous shimmery green is called Paradise on Earth by ANNY. The formula is perfect which makes application very easy. This is two coats without top coat. On my pointer and ring finger I created a gradient with #55 from the Shiney Opal range by Nfu Oh. Those two nails are topped of with one coat of Seche Vite to get a smooth finish.
Enjoy your weekend and be prepared for the Oh Mon Dieu! It’s the Rather 31 Day Challenge Giveaway, starting this monday! 😀

ANNY: The answer is love
Hi!
I know that it isn’t really the season to wear dark vampy shades but I couldn’t withhold you guys this stunning shade by ANNY, The answer is love:Does this need any more words? Look at the gorgeous shimmer!
Shown here is two easy coats plus top coat.
Stamping isn’t really my greatest talent, but I needed to try a gold design over this. Just because gold + vampy shades = stunning!I used Good As Gold by Essie and stamping plate #314 by Bundle Monster for the design.
I’m gonna wear this shade a lot this Fall and Winter for sure. What do you think?
ANNY – Open Air Hippie Festival Collection
Hello everyone!
Shortly after ANNY released their textured collection Desert Glam, they launched the following collection called Open Air Hippie Festival:
This collection consists of six new shades of which four have a subtle silver shimmer. The shimmer isn’t really noticeable once it’s on the nails, but it’s there 😀
On to the swatches!
Music in the air, a light lavender purple cream with ultra fine silver shimmer. The formula is on the thin side and quite tricky to work with. It’s also sheer. You can get away with two generous coats but I used three thin here.Indian sun, a bright yellow cream with a tiny bit of silver shimmer hidden in the formula. As with most yellow polishes the application isn’t very easy. This is two coats:
Catch fire, really looks coral in the bottle but it dries darker. On my nails it looks more orange than in the bottle. This one has also a slight silver shimmer. The formula is okay. This is two coats:
Hippie dance, a bright blue based pink with silver shimmer. The formula of this is good and easy to work with. I used two coats here:
Drunken jeans, a dark navy blue cream which is nearly a crelly. The formula is perfect! This is two coats without top coat!
Walking boots, a moss green cream. This one dries slightly darker than how it looks in the bottle. The formula is as with Drunken Jeans perfect. I used two easy coats without top coat.
Do you own any ANNY polishes? What’s you favorite shade of this collection?
ANNY polishes are available exclusively at Douglas Stores in -to my knowledge- The Netherlands, Germany and Austria for € 9,95 each.
ANNY: Oscar’s choice
A while back my sweet sister surprised me with Oscar’s choice, a super pigmented duochrome that shifts from copper to bronze/wine red. As you can see this is a little frosty. That doesn’t bother me with this shade. Not at all. Isn’t it pretty?! This is two easy and super fast drying coats without top coat.
ANNY – Desert Glam
ANNY couldn’t left behind with the textured trend that is currently going on. This is the newest collection which consists of eight textured polishes: Desert Glam.To my knowledge this is the first and only collection that ANNY has released in mini size only. Each polish contains 6 ml. The brushes are the same as with the full size polishes, nice and easy to work with. All swatches are with a base coat and two coats of color. They’re all fully opaque in two coats 🙂 The formula is great and the application went easy. Also, the removal was not difficult at all. On to the swatches!
First up, four lovely shades with a ‘sandy’ finish:
Pink oasis, a bright pink shade. In real life this it’s brighter than the picture shows.
Las Vegas showgirl, a lavender shade. Perfect color for Spring don’t you think?
Shooting star, a nude-ish taupe leaning to light grey shade.
Big performance, a very bright aqua blue shade. So bright! Lovely!
The other four shades have a little bit extra in their formula, shimmer and glitter. They also have a textured finish. Let’s take a look:
Blue hypnosis, a bright cobalt blue base with fine purple and blue glitter. She’s amazing, a bright red base which appears to lean to coral thanks to the fine gold glitter particles. This one has fine pink glitter too.
I think this one might me similar to OPI’s Jinx. In the bottle they seem very similar. I’m going to compare the two as soon as I swatched Jinx, which is still laying in my drawer… unopened. [EDIT: check out the comparison here]After dinner show, is, to me, a hard to describe shade. First of all, it is more greenish than the picture shows. It’s more leaning to sea foam green as you can see from the bottle shot at the end of this post. This one has silver shimmer and small round silver glitter. The textured finish is rougher comparing to the ones above. Great shade!
Rock your nails, a silver base with strong purple undertones. It has the same formula as After dinner show, as well as the silver shimmer and round silver glitter.

ANNY – The Night of the Stars
ANNY recently released their newest limited edition collection “The Night of the Stars” which consists of six shades:All swatches have a base coat and two coats of color (no top coat!) 🙂
Be glamorous, a dusty taupe with lots of fine shimmer. I think I don’t have anything like this in my stash. I love it!
I’m in heaven, a peachy nude cream.
My way, a chocolate brown cream.
Love touch, a bright red crelly with orange undertones. LOVE! I could have used a third coat to get full opacity but I don’t mind a slight visible nail line with this shade.
Red kiss, a classic red cream. If you love reds -like me- than this one is meant for you. You can never go wrong with a classic red.
Hypnotic nights, a rich vampy aubergine cream. This one dries darker than how it looks in the bottle.
Don’t you just love how some shades go so well together?
Overall I LOVE this collection! The formula of all of these is perfect. They only need two coats for opacity and they don’t necessarily need a top coat. They have a beautiful shine by themselves.
I recommend using a base coat to prevent staining (especially with the reds).
What do you think of this collection? Any favorites?
