Zoya: Fei Fei – Diva Collection

Here’s an oldie, Fei Fei from Zoya‘s Diva Collection (2012). I love this for its ‘odd’ color. It’s a steel-isch blue with tons of sparkle. This is two coats plus top coat. I have nothing to complain about the formula. Although it is on the sheer side it builds nicely to an opaque finish in two/three coats. zoya - fei feizoya - fei fei1
