After drooling over swatches by fellow bloggers for quite a while I’ve finally found the Crushed Crystals polishes by Catrice! Woo hoo! This line consists of six textured polishes.
Let’s jump right into the swatches, shall we?
First up, Oyster & Champagne, a mix of fine gold and light pink glitter and some larger hexes. This reminds me of Maybelinne’s Knitted Gold (swatch coming soon). They are similar but Oyster & Champagne seems to have finer glitter than Knitted Gold. I used three thin coats for the picture below. The pic doesn’t do this polish justice. I think my camera can’t handle all the sparkle-ness. It has a gorgeous golden sheen.Β Call Me Princess is the polish that made me hunt for this collection. I blame Gimme All The PolishΒ with her gorgeous swatch on her Instagram for making me wanting this. It such a lovely barbie pink hue with fine golden glitter running throughout. This is two easy coats:
Brightness alert! Shooting Star is a hot fuschia polish with blue/purple glitter. Man, this is bright! So pretty! This is two coats:
Next up is Royal REDing, a bright red hue packed with fine red glitter. It seems like this needed way longer to dry than the other polishes of this collection. In the pic below it looks if it isn’t completely dry while it actually is. Maybe that’s because of the jelly-isch base? Also, to me it looks like the glitter is finer or there’s less glitter in the formula. Maybe that’s just me. It’s a pretty shade for sure.
PLUMdogMillionaire is formula wise similar to Royal REDing. It’s packed with purple and blue glitter. I’ve used two coats for the picture below:
To me Stardust is a surprise. It is such an odd and unique color. I think there’s nothing similar in my stash. In the bottle it looks like a gunmetal grey/brown polish but on the nails it’s more brown. The formula of this one is on the thick side and therefore a little harder to work with. The glitter particles are bigger than the ones in the other polishes. Not too rough or anything! This is two coats:
Have you picked up any polishes from this line?
:*
I just got call me princess and shooting star today and they are by far the prettiest glitter polishes i own (and have a looott)
π They are gorgeous, for sure!

Stardust looks fab! I’ll have to look for it when I’m in Poland again π
You should because I think it’s such a unique shade π
So as you know i got the first two from this collection and from what i see in your swatches ( i didn’t wear these polishes yet), i seem to have picked the right ones for my taste. Even though i wear pink polishes rarely, Call Me Princess is really pretty. π
Glad you were able to get your hands on this collection. xo
π I can see you wearing Oyster & Champagne simply because it has such a pretty golden glow π
Those are always the most interesting for me. A nice color plus a nice glow π
Oysters and Champagne!!!!!
It is so much prettier irl though! π
Call me princess is my fav π
π It is oh so pretty!
I like the name plumdog millionaire lol! But that brown stardust is wow pretty π
π They sure are!
Oyster & Champagne, PLUMdogMillionaire, and Stardust look so good! They’re super unique!
That’s right! Especially Stardust due to its kinda odd color π
I really love them all! But if I have to choose I think I like Oyster & Champagne the most!
Thanks! π
