I’m so excited to share this with you guys! The sweetest Julie, a.k.a. Cheeky Diva surprised me with a-m-a-z-i-n-g nail mail, including the Disney Villains Collection by E.L.F. Cosmetics. Thanks so much sweetie! This collection consists of twelve (!) gorgeous polishes which are divided into four trio’s. I’ve split them up in three x four. There are eight creams, one jelly glitter, two shimmers and one foil. Today I like to show you the last four:Scroll down for swatches of these beauties!
Because these are my very first E.L.F. polishes (for real!) I needed to get a bit used to the angular caps and the fairly long-thin-square brushes. When I got the hang of it I just love them 😀
First up Pot of Gold, a gold foil. I have no clue why I don’t own many foils because this is superb! Not only is this a perfect shade for the Holidays, it has also a perfect formula. This is two coats, no top coat:Next is Cranberry which, as the name suggests, is a cranberry red hue packed with golden shimmer. The shimmer is more noticeable in the bottle than how it transfers on the nails. As you can see there’s lots of red shimmer in the mix too. The formula is great, almost a one coater! I used two coats plus top coat here:
And here is Gina Girl, a black sheer jelly packed with lots of different size hex glitter. The main color of the glitter is purple. But I also spot gold, green and even pink. What a great combo! I layered one coat (slightly dabbed) of Gina Girl over a black base without additional top coat:
Finally -for now at least- I have Sea Escape to show you. This is a blackened blue shimmer which is formula wise similar to Cranberry. The main difference is that this is just one (!) coat:
My first impression of E.L.F. Cosmetics is great! I have nothing to complain about so far 😀 I’m dying to try and show you the eight creams of this collection. Stay tuned for those!
Again, thanks a bunch Julie! I absolutely love these! :*
What do you think of these? Have you tried E.L.F. polishes yet?

If anyone hasn’t picked these up yet, now’s the time! It looks like Walgreens is clearancing them out. I got my set today for $6.50, regular price is $10. 🙂
Well I think Gina Girl steals the show, it’s absolutely stunning!
Thanks! It is lovely and the formula is amazing 😀
Gina is super pretty
😀 Thanks hon!
Oh, I think I’m going to get these, or at least Gina Girl and Pot of Gold 🙂
Love them, plus, cute names ; )
Cranberry and Pot of Gold are fabulous! 🙂
wow i love Sea Escape and Gina Girl, i want those
I have this collection too! I think their polish formula used to be not so good, but they’ve definitely stepped it up recently.
I have never tried elf! But they appear to be very affordable, at least in the states anyway.
OK, I am buying these when I get paid on Friday. Gina is well worth it!
Love these!!
