As promised here’s Essie’s For The Twill Of It from their same named Fall collection 2013:
As with OPI’s Peace & Love & OPI it is a grey based duo chrome that shifts from blue to purple. The formula is perfect. This is two coats without top coat.
Here’s a comparison of the two which shows that these are in my opinion exact dupes:
Index and ring are Peace & Love & OPI and middle and pinky are For The Twill Of It. What do you think? If you’re thinking off buying (one of) these I don’t think you need both. Formula wise they are pretty much the same. The only very small difference that I’ve noticed is that For The Twill Of It seems a little more pigmented than Peace & Love & OPI. Also, it seems to have a little less visible brush strokes than Peace & Love & OPI. But hey, you probably need a magnifier to notice that. Both are perfectly opaque in two easy coats. So I think it’s just a matter of which brand you prefer 😀
