W.I.C. by Herôme “So Undercover” (swatches & review)

Referring to my earlier post, W.I.C. by Herôme has released their winter collection called So Undercover. This collection consists six vibrant colors that are inspired by the so called American comedy film starring Miley Cyrus.
Let’s jump right into the swatches and review, shall we? 😀

, a bronzed brown base with multicolored glitter (mostly copper, green purple and blue). The formula is very sheer. That didn’t give application problems though. I needed three coats to get it opaque.wic molly
Becky, multicolored glitter (pink, blue and green) swimming in a sheer brown base. I’ve used three coats here.wic becky

, a plum base filled with multicolored glitter (pink, blue, green and silver (?)). The formula of this one is also sheer. So I used three coats here.wic bizzy

, (awesome name isn’t it?) a silver base with slightly baby blue undertones. This one is filled with very fine silver glitter. I used two coats here.wic cotton

, a pearly and therefore streaky pink leaning to lilac which gets opaque in two coats. wic summer

Sasha, another pearl… a nude one. This one is also streaky. I’ve used two coats here.wic sasha

Overall I like this collection because of the diversity of the shades. Pearls and glitters in one collection. To me, the picture that was sent to me with the press note didn’t seem very color accurate. Based on that I thought Molly was going to be my favorite, but after swatching the collection, Bizzy spoke more to me. Cotton seems way more baby blue on the picture -in the press note- than it is in real life, which isn’t a bad thing. Personally I really dislike when a polish has a streaky finish (like Summer and Sasha) but yeah, that’s what most pearls do 😉

Tell me, do you like this collection and which one is your favorite?
